Swedish Massage

The main goal of this technique is to relax the entire body with consistent gliding movements that return blood flow to the heart. Swedish massage is beneficial for increasing oxygen levels in the blood through improved circulation, decreasing muscle toxins, and improving flexibility by relieving tension. It is recommended for people with high stress, high blood pressure, hyperthyroid, pressure sensitivity and more.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage includes Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. These types of therapy are recommended for people with chronic pain or stress, injuries, scar tissue, muscle tension, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, tennis elbow, low back pain, arthritis, anxiety, high blood pressure and more. It also helps improve athletic recovery, performance, delayed onset muscle soreness, lactate buildup, flexibility and injury prevention and treatment.

This zone therapy involves application of pressure to the hands and feet at specific reflex points that correspond to certain organs in the zones of the body. By pressing on these points, energy blockages and lactate build up can be released. Reflexology is incorporated into every session with an amazing hand and foot massage.

This form of traditional Chinese medicine has been around for 5,000 years. It follows the same energy meridians of acupuncturists but without the use of needles. Uses precise finger placement and pressure. It promotes energy flow, balance, circulation and relaxation.

Shiatsu is a form of therapy originated in Japan. It is also based on the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine by using finger pressure to affect specific points in the body. It entails using deep rhythmic compression in tune with the breath.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone therapy is used to ease muscle tension, promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase circulation and metabolism. During this therapy, smooth, flat, water heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body including your back, neck, palms, chest and feet. The premise of this therapy is that the heat from the stones relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to treat deeper muscle layers.
