For your convenience, I offer a wide range of booking options online. If you see a time slot that works for you, I encourage you to book it promptly. To ensure each client receives my full attention, I limit my availability to a maximum of four hours per day. Once these hours are filled, the remaining time slots will be closed.
60 minutes - $130
90 minutes - $175
75 minutes (including abdomen) - $160
A full-body massage with the added benefit of focused time on the abdomen for visceral massage. There are over 500 million neurons in the belly, about 5 times more than in the spinal cord. Incorporating gentle, nurturing attention to the abdomen can increase your overall sense of well-being and may also assist with low back discomfort, digestive concerns, menses, IBS, and stored past traumas. With 75 minutes, there is enough time for a thorough body check-in while also allowing time to address the often-overlooked abdominal area, helping you experience deeper relaxation and holistic care.
CBD Enhancement added to any session $15
A massage that targets specific pain and/or inflammation points in the body, with healing CBD Massage Cream by Vital Body, a woman-owned business in Santa Cruz that formulates its own blends with quality ingredients. This cream is incredibly effective and is THC-free.

Cancelling
Because my time is dedicated solely to your session, I require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and my booking system requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. I also ask that new clients arrive 5 minutes early to complete a short medical intake form.
Do you take insurance?
I do not accept insurance or bill your insurance company directly, however, if you have an HSA (Health Savings Account ) with a debit card, I can run those payments. Many clients use their HSA cards to pay for their massage, this is a great tax free way to set aside funds for self care. Additionally, I can provide a super-bill if you are self-filing, just let me know.
Health & Safety
** I use COVID-19-inspired sanitization methods between each client for wiping down surfaces; the vinyl-covered table, and shared surfaces like door knobs, etc. If you are feeling sick or someone in your household is exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms (i.e., fever), please let me know right away via text, and we can reschedule your appointment at no charge to keep our community transmission low.
